Cinna Shield orders are set up with refills that ship every 28 days, and the checkout says you can stop or cancel anytime. The charge appears on your statement as CinnaShield. To cancel, email support@cinnashield.com. Every order has a 90-day money-back guarantee.
What you are charged on day one
The package you picked (2, 4 or 6 bottles), plus shipping if it is the 2-bottle package, plus anything else left ticked in the order summary. Two extras deserve a look:
- Express shipping, $9.95. It was already included in the summary when we checked on November 5, 2026. Standard shipping is free on 4 and 6 bottles.
- CinnaShield Wellness Club. An app with nutrition and daily-habit guidance. The checkout describes it as 7 days free, then $77 every 28 days plus tax until canceled. If you don’t want it, leave it out, or cancel inside the 7 days.
How the 28-day refills work
The line under the packages reads: refills ship every 28 days, stop or cancel anytime. The amount and the exact terms are in the Subscription Terms linked above the pay button. Open that link before you pay; it takes two minutes and it is the document that counts.
A refill is useful if you plan to stay on it, because the most common way people lose their progress is running out. It is a problem only when it surprises you. So decide now:
- You want to keep going: do nothing. The next shipment arrives on its own.
- You want one order only: email support the same week you order and ask them to stop future refills. Keep the reply.
- You are not sure: put a reminder in your phone for day 21. That leaves a week to decide before the next shipment.
How to cancel
Email support@cinnashield.com from the address you used to order. Write your full name, the order number from your confirmation email and one clear sentence: “Please cancel all future refills and confirm by email.” If you joined the Wellness Club, name it in the same message.
What shows up on your statement
The checkout states that the purchase appears under the name CinnaShield. If you see that name and don’t recognize the amount, compare it with your confirmation email first: package, shipping, express upgrade, Wellness Club.
Refunds
The guarantee is 90 days from the date of purchase. The maker says it applies even if the bottles are empty. Write to the same support address, say you want a refund under the 90-day guarantee and ask whether anything needs to be sent back. Ask for the cancellation of refills in the same email, so one message closes everything.
